Start small, visit the club twice in the first week and get your first instant reward. Build on that momentum with 3 club visits the week after, and we’ll nourish your positive energy with another reward. Come 4 times the following week to and you will unlock another reward.
But don’t panic okay? We know one size doesn’t fit all.
So, if you don’t manage to hit your 3 or 4 visits weekly goal, it will be adjusted to 2 or 3 visits for the next week. Pretty sweet, huh? You are constantly evolving and we want to evolve with you, match your progress and keep you on track.

What are the rewards?
The weekly rewards remain the same from partners such as Kauai, Biogen & The Sneaker Shack
How do weekly goals get calculated? How have they changed?
Instead of only needing to visit a club twice a week, members will be incentivised to train more than twice as follows:
- All members start with needing to achieve 2 qualifying activities (visiting the club) within a week. Once the member achieves a minimum of 2 visits, they receive a weekly instant reward.
- In the following week, their weekly goal will be stretched to 3 visits per week, then 4 visits the week after.
- 4 is the maximum visits requirement.
What happens if I miss my weekly goal?
- In a week a member misses their weekly goal, no reward will be issued, and their following week’s goal will be one fewer visit.
- Two is the minimum goal requirement.
What are Milestone Rewards and how are they achieved?
Members achieve a Milestone reward for continuously achieving their weekly goal for an uninterrupted period of 12, 26 and 52 weeks
What happens if I miss a weekly goal and break my streak?
Milestones reset if you miss achieving a weekly goal. The milestone goes back to zero and member will be eligible for another 12-week reward.
I see tier rules have changed - what tier will I be on?
- There are 3 tiers: Bronze; Silver and Gold which offer exclusive partner discounts and rewards.
- Everyone starts on Bronze
How do I earn Tier Points?
- Members can earn points for multiple activities per day, but not multiple times for the same activity. E.g. I can earn points for 1 x club access and 1 x online workout, however, I cannot earn for 2 x club access points in the same day.
- A list of the earning activities is available in the app.
Birthday Rewards
Birthday rewards vary depending on your tier status:
- Bronze: one short (350ml) hot drink on the Kauai or Nü menu
- Silver: one small (350ml) smoothie from Kauai or Nü.
- Gold: one wrap from Kauai or Nü
Birthday rewards are valid for 30-days from day off issuance.
