Virgin Active Lonehill is conveniently located in the Lonehill Shopping Centre. It is easily accessible, with plenty of parking and loads of wellness facilities.

Group classes on offer at our Joburg gym include: Yoga, Aqua Fitness, Pilates, Cycle, Dance, and more. Please take a look at the class timetable for more information on all the exercise classes available. You’ll also find everything else you need for an effective workout on the cardio, functional and strength training floors. Whatever your wellness goal or exercise preference, we’ve got what you’re after.

Our heated 20m 4-lane lap pool is a favourite amongst our members, as are steam facilities. There is also a lovely Kauai located in the gym to care for your nutritional needs.

We have Personal Trainers, Biokineticists and Sports Massage Therapists available to assist you with your training goals, physical assessments and any rehab requirements you may have. Virgin Active members can easily connect with our Experts via our app.
