45 minutes of technique-focused, strength-building barbell lifting. You'll buddy up and learn proper lifting technique and end off with a bit of high intensity.

Lift Club is suitable for all. There is no criteria that you have to meet to be able to come to the class.

What to expect from a Lift Club class?

Programmed in 6 weeks blocks so you can track your progress, but join at any time. The classes are built on Endurance, Strength and Hypertrophy formats for well-rounded development. Movements include squat, deadlift, bench, as well as kettlebell and dumbbell compound movements, accessory work and isolated movements to unlock your true strength.
