Incorporating a balanced mix of resistance training, aerobic exercises, and functional movements, our Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to optimise muscle development, boost metabolic efficiency, and improve functional movement patterns.

Using dumbbells, kettlebells, ski-Ergs and Air Bikes, this class helps improve strength and fitness over a 6-week training plan. It’s a slightly more technical class, with a foundation class for beginners
