Get summer ready with Kundai Murapa
Kundai is one of our online GRID instructors and has experience in parkour, calisthenics, martial arts, and tricking, which gives him a dynamic edge that we love. His laid back vibe may trick you into thinking you’re already on the beach, but don’t be fooled – he has some intense and super-effective workouts lined up for you in this series.
The main body of all of these workouts are under 10 minutes with a short warm up to start you off and a cool down to bring you back to earth. They are perfect for a sneaky lunchtime session at home or to finish off a class or session in the gym. All you need is a mat and some water!
