What kind of classes do you offer?

Gym classes are not only a great way to mix up your training routine, but they are a great way to meet new people and have fun as a group. We’ve got a great range of high intensity and low impact classes some of which include Yoga, GRID, Dance, Boxing, Cycle, Shape, Step, Pilates, and Aqua Fitness. Check out our full range of classes here.

Do all your clubs have pools?

We have the largest estate of pools in South Africa, and they vary from 20 to 25 metres and are heated for swimming all year round. Many of our clubs also have smaller heated leisure pools, perfect for learning to swim, aqua classes or just a little splash. Use the club finder on this website to check whether the club you are looking at has swimming facilities.

What should I bring on my first day of training?

Two locks, one for your valuables (small lockers for keys and wallets etc. in CCTV monitored areas) and one for the change room lockers. You should also bring a water bottle, which you can fill at the water stations throughout the club and a sweat towel. But most of all, bring your A-game.
